For this, the government started the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana in 2018. Through this scheme, beneficiaries get free treatment up to 5 lakhs. They also represent a very important form of identity for many Indians. The NFSA requires that all state governments in India identify households who are eligible for the purchase of food grain from the Public Distribution System at subsidized rates and issue ration cards to them. Priority Household (PHH) ration cards are provided to eligible households by their state government. Each priority household is entitled to receive 5 kg of food grain per member every month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) ration cards are specifically issued to the &#8220;poorest of the poor&#8221; households, ensuring they receive 35 kg of food grain per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;One Nation, One Ration Card&#8221; is the Aadhaar-based national ration card portability scheme with the aim of food security for all, including internal migrants within India, wherein beneficiaries can purchase subsidized food anywhere in India.
