Averrhoa carambola leaves are commonly used in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine is used for inflammatory skin disorders and fungal skin infections. The leaves of star fruit are rich in Vitamin C and bioactive compounds such as phenols and flavonoids abundant sources of antioxidants.

Methods: The qualitative phytochemical study of these plant extracts indicates the presence of tannins, saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, proteins, and phenol. The herb has been used traditionally from antiquity, in the treatment of neurological health, memory issues, and breast cancer. It chiefly possesses the pharmacological study.

Results: Plant explains about antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, anticatalytic, and antiviral activities. The work is an endeavor to explore and assemble the various pharmacological action and pharmacognostic aspects of the leaves A. carambola reported to date.

Conclusion: The current research has shown that natural sources have therapeutic properties without much toxicity. This potential of plants is due to the presence of secondary metabolites. The results prove that A. carambola leaf extract has antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifungal activity. In addition to this, the present investigation revealed that A. carambola leaf extract can act as a potential drug for treating breast cancer.
2024-02-01T00:00:00+0530Copyright (c) 2023 SRILEGA Ihttps://innovareacademics.in/journals/index.php/ijls/article/view/50215CLINICAL UTILIZATION OF LIPID PROFILES AND GENETICS OF LIPID METABOLISM2023-12-23T15:41:57+0530Pawan Kumarpawangaba@gmail.com
Lipid testing provides vital information for cardiovascular risk stratification and prevention decision-making. Self-reporting through administrative sources (off-site) contact method was also applied. Qualitative and descriptive techniques of data analysis were used and results on aquaculture technology in the study area were presented.

Results: The result shows that fish farmers are in a better position in the technological activities of pond design, construction, and management but wholly not conversant with some of the aspects such as identification of types of soil for positioning of pond, determination of technical implication of shape of the land on site selection for fish pond construction, planning for the layout of fish farm and pond before the commencement of construction work, and fertilization and liming of the fish pond.

Conclusion: The development of fish pond is carried out with the aid of the learned and experience fish farmers due to the technological inadequacy in the study area. Recommendations are made for rapid transformation of the sub-sector for the attainment of sustainable technological development in the study area.
2024-10-01T00:00:00+0530Copyright (c) 2024 Babagana Zanna
