Effectiveness of Vaccine
It is a non-invasive, needle-free vaccine. To administer the dose of the vaccine, your nostrils will be sprayed with the vaccine using a tiny needle-free syringe. Since the virus enters the body through the nose, so this nasal spray vaccine may be very effective. It is able to produce mucosal and systemic immunity. It targets the immune cells in mucosa, membrane and tissue. It produces proteins in our blood and nose, which helps us fight the infection of Covid-19. Primarily it is present directly in our respiratory tract, so it provides extra protection against the infection by protecting the entrance of the virus.
Eligibility for Nasal Spray Vaccine
Any adults with age 18 years or more are eligible for this vaccine. In addition, those who have taken 2 doses of any covid-19 vaccines are also eligible for nasal spray vaccination.
